Features of the complex

Raw materials: slag of open-hearth furnace and converter processes (partial processing is fabricated)

Capacity: 300 tons per hour.

Fractionary composure of the finished products:

Fractionary road metal: 0-10 mm, 10-60 mm, 60-250 mm

Metal: 0-10 mm, 10-60 mm, 60-250 mm, 250+

Firebrick gritting, nonmagnetic metal

Coming from requirements presented by customer, as well as following experience previous project was offered the most suitabling scheme the locations of the equipment in condition Rustavi metallurgical plant.

At November 2007 are entered into agreement on supply of the complex on conversion metallurgical slag on Rustavi metallurgical plant.

At February 2008 begin commence supply of the equipment on Rustavi metallurgical plant. Two excavators KOMATSU PC450 also entered In kit of the supply with kit of the outboard equipment (installation Dropper, magnetic puck).

At June 2008 begin erection work on territory Rustavi metallurgical plant.

At July 2008 was delivered in usage of the complex on conversion metallurgical slag on Rustavi metallurgical plant.
