Simultaneously with the beginning of manufacture of the equipment for the Mariupol Iron and Steel Works of a name Ilyich, company AMCOM LLC has concluded the contract on delivery of a complex on processing slag of foundry manufacture on the Kharkov tractor building factory.
Specific slag of foundry manufacture have demanded to change the approach to their processing. Small hardness of non magnetic component and its fractional structure have made changes to the scheme of technological process, and the main thing in structure of the necessary equipment.
In the spring of 2005 all equipment for a complex on processing metallurgical slag already was in a Kharkov. For realization of the montage, the adjustments and start to lines, in composition of the complex enters the building container, representing itself 40 one-foot sea containers with termoinsulation, heating, illumination. The Equiped with workers by places, tool, instrument required for montage and the further technical maintenance of the complex and mobile technology.
Installation of a complex in the near future will begin.
The inauguration of the complex took place At September 2005 on conversion metallurgical slag.
